Overview
At Current Clothing INC we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a return, exchange, or refund under the terms below.
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days from the date you receive your order for most regular-priced items. Items must be returned in original condition—unworn, unwashed, with tags and packaging intact.
How to Start a Return
- Email our support team at team@currentclothing.shop with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for return authorization (RA). Please do not ship items before you receive authorization—unauthorized returns may be refused.
- Pack the item securely and include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation.
- Ship to the address provided in your RA instructions (see Returns Address below).
Return Conditions — Apparel Specifics
To be eligible for a full refund, returned apparel must meet these conditions:
- Tags and hygiene stickers (if any) remain attached;
- No odors (perfume, smoke) and no visible signs of wear (makeup, lotions, stretch);
- Any included accessories (belts, detachable pieces) must be returned as well;
- Customized, made-to-order, or final sale items are not returnable unless defective.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless faulty:
- Final sale or clearance items explicitly labeled "Final Sale";
- Personalized or altered garments;
- Underwear, swimwear (if hygiene seal removed), or intimate apparel once worn;
- Gift cards and downloadable products.
Exchanges
If you would prefer an exchange (different size or color), indicate this when requesting returns authorization. Exchanges are subject to stock availability; if the requested item is out of stock we will offer a refund or store credit.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the defect and the packaging. We will evaluate and, when approved, arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–14 business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned item. The exact time to post to your account depends on your payment provider.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, defective), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items — we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
Gift Returns
If the purchase was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, upon receipt we will issue a gift credit for the value of the returned item. If the gift purchaser retains the order, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser.
International Returns
Customers outside the United States are responsible for any customs fees, duties, and return shipping fees. We recommend contacting support before initiating an international return to confirm eligibility and correct return address.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement if the order has not yet been processed. To request cancellation, email team@currentclothing.shop immediately with your order number. If the order has already been shipped, please follow the return process above.
