1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Standard Shipping (Domestic US): 3–7 business days — flat rate or free over qualifying amount.
• Express Shipping (Domestic US): 1–3 business days — calculated at checkout.
• International Shipping: 7–21 business days — rates vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, weather conditions, or other delays outside our control.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our shipping rates.

5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. For damaged packages, contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and item(s). We will assist with claims and replacement when possible.

7. Restrictions

Some items (e.g., certain fabrics, accessories with metal components) may be restricted in certain regions due to import laws. We will inform you if we cannot ship an item to your location.
